After-Hours Stock Movers:
SentinelOne (NYSE:S) declined 4% after reporting second quarter results that didn’t impress Wall Street despite a revenue increase of 33% year-over-year. Management said it saw a distinct rise in customer interest and appreciation for the advantages of its patented AI-powered Singularity Platform.
Nordstrom (NYSE:JWN) rose 9% after the retailer’s second quarter results beat estimates on the top and bottom line, and it lifted guidance.
Box (BOX) rose 4.6% after it delivered solid second quarter results and raised full year guidance. Management highlighted accelerated billings growth as well as record gross margin, operating margin, and EPS.
Ambarella (NASDAQ:AMBA) rose rose 19% after it issued guidance for the third quarter that easily topped estimates. Management said it is increasingly optimistic that over the long-run its new products have positioned it to scale its current computer vision business into more advanced AI networks.
Semtech (NASDAQ:SMTC) rose 7% after second quarter results topped consensus views, and it issued strong guidance for the third quarter. Gross, operating and adjusted EBITDA margin each improved sequentially.
