Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the Oil & Gas, Banking and Financials sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 gained 0.13% to hit a new all time high.
The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Energean Oil & Gas PLC (TASE:ENOG), which rose 3.25% or 152.00 points to trade at 4,830.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Harel (TASE:HARL) added 1.42% or 52.00 points to end at 3,722.00 and Airport City Ltd (TASE:ARPT) was up 1.36% or 75.00 points to 5,600.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Ashtrom Group Ltd (TASE:ASHG), which fell 1.28% or 65.00 points to trade at 5,021.00 at the close. Enlight Renewable Energy Ltd (TASE:ENLT) declined 1.19% or 72.00 points to end at 5,995.00 and NICE Ltd (TASE:NICE) was down 1.10% or 720.00 points to 64,780.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 216 to 214 and 108 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for October delivery was up 2.28% or 1.70 to $76.22 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November rose 1.79% or 1.39 to hit $78.97 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.65% or 16.50 to trade at $2,554.30 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was unchanged 0.01% to 3.66, while EUR/ILS fell 0.47% to 4.05.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.42% at 101.42.
